What are my main services?
I provide remote and onsite resourcing for organisations that require contract labour, but without high agency fees. I build talent pools and communities that are relevant to your organisation utilising the latest tools and techniques. I use this pools to service your contract labour hire requirements at a third of the price.
I help organisation enhance and re-design their candidate journey. This is commonly known as candidate experience. Poor candidate experience is impacting applicant numbers , quality of applicants, referrals and essentially customers. By re-designing and enhancing the candidate experience, your organisation's brand improves and thus, becomes more attractive to prospective candidates.
My consulting usually takes up to 2-4 weeks of my time, where I charge a day rate. I work with the HR and marketing team to implement candidate enhancement initiatives that will help attract more qualified and suitable candidates to your brand.
I also run in-house workshops and training sessions for both recruitment firms and talent acquisition teams.

How do you charge?
Depending upon the service, I offer an agreed day rate /fixed fee. For project resourcing, I charge a retainer or a small fixed placement fee.
