I got into recruitment in 1998. I knew I could be good at it when I made 10 placements in my third month.
My career has skyrocketed since then. I've had some downs, but its been mainly up.
I've been fortunate that you don't have to be super extroverted to be good at recruitment.
I'm more of an introvert that likes to solve problems and makea difference.
After successful stints in majority of my stops, I've set up a business called Career Prophets.

I advise on project resourcing.
I train recruiters using methods most have not been aware of.
